Pricing questions
Do I need an account first?
No. At checkout you only give your email. New here? Your account is made when the plan is added and we email you a link to set your password. Already have an account? Use its email – the plan is added to it, no login needed.
What happens when I buy again?
If your plan is still valid, the new checks are added to the ones you have and the days are added after its end date. If it has ended, the new plan starts today.
I paid but my plan is not active
PayPal and crypto plans start automatically within a few minutes. A screenshot payment is checked by our team, usually within a few hours. Still waiting? Write to us in the chat with your order number (it starts with IS-).
Can I get a refund?
No – all payments are final and non-refundable once the plan is added. Try the Starter plan first if you are unsure. If something went wrong on our side (a report was never made, or you were charged twice), we fix it. See the Refund Policy.
Is my document stored or shared?
Your reports are private. You choose whether a paper is stored for future comparisons. Read the Privacy Policy.
